Dr. Galle developed his passion for hand surgery early in his medical training. He embodies a firm belief that achieving optimal results will positively impact all areas of patients’ lives – both professionally and recreationally. Dr. Galle specializes in surgical and non-surgical treatment of the hand, wrist and elbow including reconstructions for osteoarthritis, arthroscopy, acute trauma, and injuries affecting athletes.
Alyssa Gilbert
Medical Assistant
Alyssa started her career with PHWE in 2018 as a patient coordinator. She quickly realized she was happiest interacting directly with patients, and pursued a position as a medical assistant. She is passionate about patient care and strives to assist every patient and their loved ones along their recovery to the best possible outcome.
When she is not singing, quoting movies or making sure the clinic is running as smoothly as possible, she is at home with her husband and four kiddos. The family also includes two kitties, My Milo and Fat Amy. Aside from work and the ceaseless job of parenting, Alyssa likes to mow the lawn, rescue squirrels, make blankets and bake. She is also very devoted to her extended family and spends any extra moments enjoying their time together.

My leadership is focused on building strong relationships with both patients and staff and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all who visit Proliance Hand, Wrist and Elbow Physicians. I am proud to be part of a team that is committed to enhancing the lives of individuals through exceptional orthopedic care and personalized attention. Outside of work, I am a native Washingtonian that enjoys being with my family, a good cup of coffee and shucking oysters.

Dr. Galle works with a team of experienced hand therapists at his clinic locations in Kirkland and Bellevue, Washington. The hand therapists thoroughly assess the patient’s abilities and design an individualized treatment program that leads to restoration of optimal function.
The occupational therapy team treats injuries and conditions of the upper extremity (arm, elbow, forearm, wrist and hand.) Clinical services include:
